At Bunker Miniatures, we provide 3D printing on-demand services for miniature models, offering a variety of sizes and materials to meet your needs. We strive to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on our Site. However, it is important to note that due to visual differences on digital devices, we cannot guarantee the above.

Please be aware that our models are crafted with care, but they are not toys and are not suitable for children. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that our products are used in a safe and appropriate manner.

We aim to keep all our products available for printing. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any of our products at any time for any reason, and prices for all our products are subject to change without notice. By choosing Bunker Miniatures, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to use our products responsibly.

6. Purchases and Payment

We are committed to providing you with a variety of payment options for your convenience. Accordingly, we accept the following payment methods:

When making a purchase on our Site, it is essential that you provide current, accurate, and complete purchase and account information. All transactions will be processed in Pound Sterling (GBP). By completing a purchase, you agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of your order, in addition to any applicable shipping fees. You grant us the authorization to charge your chosen payment provider for these amounts upon placing your order. Should any pricing errors or discrepancies occur, we reserve the right to correct these, even if payment has already been requested or received.

We also hold the right to decline any order submitted through the Site. In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per individual, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, orders that utilise identical payment methods, and/or orders that are billed or shipped to the same address. We reserve the right to edit, move, or delete any Contributions at our discretion without notice and are not obligated to monitor your Contributions.

Bunker Miniatures disclaims any responsibility for licensing or copyright conflicts that may emerge from the use of our Print on Demand services. The customer assumes full liability for any legal issues or damages resulting from insufficient rights or permissions. By opting for our services, you agree to indemnify Bunker Miniatures against any losses or legal challenges stemming from copyright or licensing disputes.

Customers are advised to conduct thorough due diligence before submitting any print requests to ensure compliance with intellectual property laws and to safeguard against potential legal repercussions.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

At Bunker Miniatures, we respect and uphold intellectual property laws. All rights related to our products and services are exclusively owned by Bunker Miniatures or our authorised licensors. Counter-Notice:
