Our Shipping & Delivery Policy is an integral component of our Terms and Conditions (Terms) and should be read in conjunction with them.

We encourage you to thoroughly examine our Shipping & Delivery Policy before making any purchases. This policy will be applicable to all orders placed with us.
1. Production Times
Most of our products are crafted upon order. The estimated production time for miniatures is approximately 5-10 business days, while for PLA terrain items, it's around 10-20 business days. Please be aware that if your order includes items made from different materials, we will ship your order only once all items are ready.
2. What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?
We provide a range of shipping options to accommodate your needs. We offer a £4.75 flat rate delivery on all orders including large or heavy items, using Royal Mail Tracked 24hr.

Additionally, we are pleased to offer FREE collection from our local gaming center, Warminster FactoruM. This option is perfect for those who prefer to pick up their purchases in person. For more details on collection, please visit FactoruM Pickup.

Please note, in certain instances, our inventory may be managed by a third-party supplier who will oversee the shipping of your products directly.
3. Do we offer delivery internationally?
Please note that our standard shipping services are currently limited to addresses within the UK. We do not offer international shipping as a standard option at this time. We're dedicated to providing the best possible service within the UK and are continuously evaluating our shipping policies to potentially expand our reach in the future. Thank you for understanding.
4. My Order is delayed
In the event of a delivery delay, we will immediately notify you and update you with a new estimated delivery date.
