Thank you for selecting BUNKER Miniatures for your purchase. Our priority is to ensure your utmost satisfaction with our products. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we encourage you to return it for a complete refund, store credit, or exchange. 1. Return Process
We are confident that you will be delighted with any product purchased from us. However, if you wish to return an item, we aim to make the process as simple as possible. You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We will refund the price of the item, excluding the cost of delivery to you. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility.

Sealed products and accessories must be returned in their original, undamaged, and unopened packaging. Products not returned in this condition will be refunded up to 50% of the sale value. This does not apply to items returned due to manufacturing faults or items received already damaged.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We may request pictures or evidence to verify the damage occurred during transit. We will then assess the situation and advise on the next steps, keeping you informed about the progress of any replacement products.

Procedure for Exchanging or Returning an Item:
To request a return, please email us at support@bunker-miniatures.co.uk, including the item you wish to return, your original order number, and the reason for the return. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

Securely package the item for transit, using the manufacturer’s original packaging if available. Ensure all components that make the product complete are enclosed.

Once we receive and process the returned item, we will issue a refund (less the original postage cost) or dispatch the replacement item.
2. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your item at BUNKER Miniatures, we will proceed with your return or exchange. Kindly allow a minimum of seven (7) days from the date of item receipt for us to process your request. Refunds may require 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement, contingent upon your credit card provider's policies. Rest assured, we'll notify you via email once your return has been successfully processed.
