The Priest Kangaroo APC is a finely crafted model designed by BUNKER Miniatures, capturing the rugged ingenuity of this battlefield conversion. Featuring an open-topped design with ample space for troops, this model is perfect for wargaming scenarios requiring mobile infantry transport.
Historically, the Priest Kangaroo was a field-modified armored personnel carrier used by Allied forces in World War II. Originally built from retired M7 Priest self-propelled guns, these vehicles had their howitzers removed to create makeshift armored transports. First deployed by Canadian forces in 1944, the Priest Kangaroo provided much-needed protection for infantry advancing through enemy fire, proving its effectiveness on the battlefields of Normandy and beyond.
